Hey guys, I just got back from my Cross Country scrimmage!!! My time was 29:09.. so that was an ok time.. lol my sister is the # 2 runner and her time was a 21: something.. lol so i have alot of work to do.. but im getting here. Yesterday at the pasta party, oh my gosh! I had soo much like.. bad food to eat it wasnt funny! there was soo much to eat, i serioulsy thought that i was gonna do extreamly bad today, cause i ate soo much! but over all i did ok! lol i beat the friends i wanted to beat.. so it was all good!!! lol It was alot of fun, but i've been really bad on my diet!! lol So i'll talk to you all later!!! Just wanted to say congrats for going out for cross country. It is the best sport on earth. I too was a cross country runner in high school, went to the state championship my senior year. Best time for a 5K was 16:21. Good luck, running will help you lose that extra weight. Unfortunately, I injured my ankle severely while running in college and have since not been able to run. Since then I went from 155 lbs to 280 lbs and need to lose but can't run to do it. All the best. -Will
