I really need sum kind of motivation!!! Its hard to keep going without any support. Being overweight at my age is very depressing. Do anybody know a good way to stay motivated??

I don't think doing this for a guy will work because in the end you could be really hurt, but at the same time happy because you are thinner and healthier. But hin kabout it, if it doesn't work out with you and the guy, then you could get depressed and gain the weight all back. The biggest reason you should lose weight is for you. This is what you do. You think of a guy you really like. Now you exercise and think he'll like me if i am skinnier. If he is a real guy he wont think that but it is good for you to think that. worked for me

if you just take things one step at a time they really add up after a while. remember it's not a 1 day thing though. if you just get up and exersize in the morning then you'll feel better becasue not only does it help your body, but you'll feel relieved that it's over for the day at least. and then just do moinor tweaks to your diet- such as only drink water if you're going to drink something- or at least diet whatever...
