first of all, stop the diet pills, they are doing nothing good. Visit these sites: http://bestbodyever.com/calorie-counter.html and http://www.johnberardi.com/updates/july262002/na_masscalculator.htm to figure out how many calories you should be consuming and then start making healthier food choices and get some daily exercise. To lose weight you should eat 250 - 500 calories less than what the sites suggest you should, and burn 250 - 500 calories through exercise.

There is your problem: Diet pills. And also...so what if you eat healthy foods...it depends on how much of those healthy foods you eat. Don't go to the gym...walk around your block...and if you weigh 350...it must be hereditary and you're gonna have to live with it. I'm sorry. I'd help you but I am not much of a weight sucessful person. I weight 162...and I feel horrible about myslef...
