hello.. i am a girl that has a few extra lbs around the stomach ... i would like to lose it before school ... any suggestions?...also, i was wonderin what the average measurments( as in umm waste hips thighs) of a "normal" person is , does anyone know? thanks a bunch ! much luv @ all!

umm fallingtothecore dnt even giv advise heer thts relli stupid weight varies on everything depening on height so falling to the core ur sayin if sum 1 is 5'11 they supposed to be 120 ya rite k a grl thats 13 5'5 can be 95-145 dependin on bone structure n that stuff n ...fallintothecore dnt giv advise lyk that cuz ppl may be bigboned w/e n ur tellin them to be 120 cuz of their age then they'll end up underweight n thats worse then overweight so don;t say tht exspecially if ya dnt kno wat ya tlkin about!

dont listen to melissa sorry melissa but what your suggesting is for her to starve herself and thats not good..if you go on a no calorie diet you are most likly to get sick, dizzy, and have heart faliure..plus if you do go on a no calorie diet your body will go into starvation mode and it will hang on to your stored away body fat it !!! so in the long run its not good! just eat healthy..lots of fruits vegetables drink plenty of water at least 8 ounces of water 6-12 times a day..excercise at least 30-45 minutes a day it can be riding a bike..working in the garden, cleaning your house or what ever and believe me you WILL lose weight you have to be patient

No one is normal. I have a friend who is 65 lbs...a friend who is 90...and friend who is 118...a friend who is 130...and a friend who is 173. We are all 13...so there is really no "normal" weight range. But I would say...about 115 or 120 is the weight range for 13-15 year olds is what I heard...
