Ht. 5'7", Start: 175 lb, Today: 173 lb - Hi! I'm 5'7" and i weigh around 173-172 pounds and i am overweight i need encouragement or sumthing. I used 2 weigh about 175 but i guess a lost a couple pounds so far but i need a little mor help. If ne1 can give me encouragement or advice pleez reply. i need it. Thanx

Any pounds lost is worth it! Just keeping them off is the tricky part!
