Hey Dawn! I've read past posts of yours and I think it's awesome how far you've come. I was just wondering if there is any specific thing that makes you keep that determination to lose weight cuz I've been trying to eat healthier, drink water and excercise but I can't seem to get the determination to follow through with any diet. If you (or anyone else) know of ANYTHING I could do to keep myself on a diet, I would appreciate it. Thanks.

Like u need to no the difference between hunger and a craving. and if u want to go after junk food ask urself if thats really wut u want...all i do is eat healthy eat less exercise and drink ALOT of water!! if u wanna talk IM me on aol:ramsgurl2003 yahoo:marie43351 or msn

Everytime you are about to eat something when you are not hungery just remember that you are not able to control yourself; you are a slave to food. Do you really want food to be in control of you or do you want to be able to control yourself. I just think about that then I overeat less. (at the same time having control means eating, not starving because starving you also have no control)
