Today: 155 lb - hey i am 150 - 160 lbs but i need to get in shape for softball in spring is it possible that i can lose 20 or more by than. what do you all think i should do?i need help a.s.a.p. is possible to lose 5 lbs in 11 days?thanks

Every1s is different and every1s loses weight @ a different pace. It just depends. U can probably lose 20 pounds or mor by spring. U just need to eat healthier. U no....... less fat, etc. Drink lots of water. Find a workout u can stick 2 and do it. Thats all the advice i could think of @ the moment. I hope it helps. =)
