Ht. 5'2", Today: 143 lb (BMI %tile: 91) - hey you guys i am 5'2 and i weigh 143. do you guys think i can lose 20-30 pounds by september 8th? well because that is the first game i have to cheer at and i want to look really good in my cheer uniform. tell me how i can do this PLEASE!!! love you all good luck to you :) -jenna

hey, I dont think you can loose that much in a month but if you REALLY work hard you can loose alot, im trying to lose the same amount but my mom (shes been exercising since forever) says that its possible to loose a pound a week, so just keep trying really hard and if you feel like giving up look at your cheerleading uniform and think about how good you'll look if you just keep at it. i suggest u do like 20 min of workout in the morning and ten in the evening, and just do alot of cardio, you'll look beter in no time, hope i helped you in some way! good luck!

Hey~ I dont even no y im saying n e thing 2 u cuz i dont no how 2 help u. Everybodys body is different and every1 wood lose weight @ a different pace. My advice is cut down on sugary sweets like candy or wutever. Then u can eat healthier stuf like salads, meat(without the fat), etc. Drink lots of water, that'll help u out a little mor. Exercise is a good thing wen it cums 2 losing weight. I myself am trying 2 lose and i no that it gets frustrating. But i no u can do it. Just eat healthier, exercise, drink mor water, and believe in urself. U can do it!!! I hope this wuz @ least a little helpful 2 u. =)

if you are really careful about what you eat you can do it. you can lose 24 pounds by the 8th if you start in the beginning of next week and lose 3 pounds a week. do heavey arobics, such as tae-bo or jogging, or even speed walking for a set time every day and eat less calories and tons of veggies. brocoli and other veggies are awesome for weight loss because they have a lot of fiber and not only will they make you go uh-#2 more, they are also negative calorie foods because your body burns more calories digesting them then they have in them! so eat those first during a meal so it'll fill you up. also eat slowly, your brain takes about20 minutes to tell your body you're not hungry anymore. and, if you eat a lot of salads cool down on the salad dressing, just dip your fork before every bit instead of dousing your meal in it! i really hope i helped! good luck, and i plan to lose about that much in that time, maybe a little less- but definately before christmas...
