hey next school year i will b a freshman but before then i need to lose about 30-40 pounds before then ((especially in the thighs & stomach)) ne suggestions?? thanks so much o does ne body have tips 4 gettin rid of the flab in ur arm?? thanks

well depending on your height you may need to loose only a couple of pounds so just cut what you eat in half eat healthy and after every meal do 50 crunches, 20 leg lifts, 10 or more pushups, and stretch
