Today: 213.5 lb, Goal: 210.5 lb - hey! Thanks lol this thihng is actually working at the time (i think) lol i hope it works all the way... yesterday i weighted 213.5 and today i weight 210.5!! i mean i know there not much of a diffrence but it had only been a day, and all i did was drink LOTS of water eat less, and do bunches od curls and arm swirls and jumping jacks!!! that's all lol... let e know if i am doing all i can , and if i am doing it good and right!!~Thanks!

All u have 2 do is remember a few things. Portion sizing. If your having a sandwich and chips just remember that a handful of chips and have a sanwich is all u need. U look like u have been going good about drinkin lots of water. But instead of just working your muscles like u were try doing some aerobic activity like taking a walk (or jogging really slow) or u can grab that old Richard Simmons tape. :) BYE!!!!!
