Today: 210 lb - I'm 13 and I weigh 210 pounds. I'm scared for myself and am finally doing something about. I'm going on the atkins diet with my aunt as my coach. I'm getting the book sent by internet order in 2 days. I have a personal trainer which I've had for 1 year already. I do 100 crunches every session, 30 min. on the crosstrainer and weight training. I also have a tennis instructor and have found that I enjoy tennis very much. Excersize wise, I'm doing very well, but I need to work on my eatting habits. So, I'm starting the atkins diet and if I can do all this so can you. I've been made fun of all my life and I'm sick of it. People don't think I hear them and I'm going to change it.

Good for you! You are very confident and determined to lose wieight, and that means you are very self-confident, so iwill be very easy to lose weight. Just stay happy of who you are, and you'll do great!!
