Muscle cells weigh twice as much and are twice as compacted as fat cells, and muscle also doesn't show if a layer of fat is over it. And another thing-DON'T SKIP MEALS. You need to lose weigh by excersicing and eating healthy, not starving yourself. And skipping meals slows your metabolism which works against you. Good luck ^_^
