hey! i just started my diet today i drink water n exercised but i ate too much! Lets see i had 4jugs of water,3lil cearel bites, 11mints(ya know like breathsavers lol) Half sandwich with turkey n chees, a half bag snack sive chips and a whole bag snack size chips and another half of a half of a sanwhich!!! i know i am a pig right? oh i had a glass of milk too! so how bad was it???

The best excersise you can do for your legs is walk it tones all the muscles in your legs.For your stomache just do crunches and sit ups and stuff like that.Diets don't really help.The best thing to do is just eat less portions of what you eat, and eat lots of fruit and veggies.

that's not REALLY bad. i mean, you kinda chose the wrong things to eat for being on a diet but that's not pigging out. forget about it though and start a better day tomorrow. good luck on the diet! :)
