Ht. 5'5", Today: 187 lb (BMI %tile: 98) - Hi everyone. I'm 14 almost 15 and ever since I guess about 2nd grade I've been chunky. But know it's just fat. I'm about 5'4 or 5'5 and way 187 lbs. I always get motivated to start my own diet plan and never go through with it. It works for a week or 2 and then I just get tired of it and put it off. I'm rarely made fun of to my face. My mom and dad try to help me but they are overweight as well. I dread wearing shorts, tanktops, and bathingsuits around ppl. I just want to get on a diet and lose some weight. If anyone knows a good diet please email crh4u2nv@yahoo.com . I wish you all luck. I would also like a diet buddy if anyone is interested, I could use a friend to help me stay in control. Thanks!

It's not just about a diet but a change in life style- I know you've probebly heard that before but it's true even if you lose weight if you don't have a lifestyle change you'll just gain the weight back
