Ht. 5'1", Today: 152 lb (BMI %tile: 95) - HEY IM JESSICA AND IM 5'1 AND I WEIGH AROUNGD 152 AND MY LIFE IS PRETTY MUCH MEANINGLESS IVE BEEN CHUBBY SINCE I WAS LIKE 7 BUT IM NOT CHUBBY ANYMORE IM JUST FAT AND ALL I HERE FROM MY MOM IS THAT I NEED TO LOOSE WEIGHT AND BUYS ME STUPID PILLS THAT I DONT ASK FOR CUZ I KNO THEY DONT WORK AND SHE TRYS TO TELL ME SHE UNDERSTANDS BUT SHE DOEST HER WHOLE LOFE SHE WAS A TOOTHPICK THE SAME WITH MY DAD AND MY TWIN SISTER THEY ALL HAVE NO FAT AT ALL NONE OF MY FAMILY DOES IM THE ONLY FAT ONE AND WORST OF ALL MY BROTHER SOMETIMES MAKES ME WANNA JUST KILL MYSELF HE CALLS ME FATTY AND TELLS ME TO GO DRINK SLIM FAST AND HE ALWAYS DOES THIS IN FRONT OF HIS FRIENDS AND MINE AND NOW EVEN MY 7 YEAR OLD NEIHBOR CALLS ME FAT ASS AND FATTY... A 7 YEAR OLD BOY MAKES ME CRY. NOT JUST MY HOME LIFE BUT MY SOCIAL LIFE SUX I PRETTY MUCH HAVE NO SOCIAL LIFEMY FRIENDS THAT NEVER CALL OR RARELY TALK TO ME DONT UNDERSTANDHOW ITS HARD FOR ME TO EVEN MAKE NEW FRIENDS LIKE THEY HAVE CUZ IM THE ONLY FAT ONE OF THEM AND KNO EXACTLY WUT PEOPLE THINK THEY THINK IM JUST A FAT GIRL AND DONT CARE WHO I AM WELL ANYWAYS I NEED SUM KIND OF HELP ME BE SKINNY SO I CAN ENJOY MY TEEN YEARS BUT I DONT KNO IF I CAN DO IT CUZ IVE NEVER BEEN ON A DIET AND DONT THINK I COULD BE CUZ I HAVE NO WILL POWER SO I DONT KNO WUT TO DO HELP

im over wieght to. im 14 5'5 and i weigh the same amuont as my 18 year old sister. i mean i hate when people at school dont like to hang out with me becouse im over wieght. i want to be 125-135 but no i cant becouse no one will help me and all they say is that your to fat yu will never be able to go thruogh with it i mean i to hang out with all my friends at the pool but no i cant becouse im not a twig and my mom dad brothers sister friends grandparents and uncles always ay go away fatty your to big to go to the park with the family so i get to stay home by my self. i mean is their any way in life that people can actcept others for who their ar and not for what they look like?

You have to make up your mind that dieting is not a come and go type of eating. You have to focus on doing what you want to do and not worry about the pressure. You could start dieting at a slow pace and be patient. You could also surf the internet for helpful hints!

Oh sweetie, I know you must be hurting so bad. I've been going through the same thing with my own family and friends. Drink lots of water and try eliminate carbs from your diet. If you want to lose up to 10lbs fast try eating nothing but vegtables and drinking water for a week and getting 30 minutes of excerise a day. Good Luck!

Drink lots and lots and lots and LOTS more water! You can never drink enough. Start excersizing. You can do anything! You could bike, run, walk your dog, just take a walk, dance, do tae bo, yoga, stretch, join a gym, go rock climbing, hike, ect.! You could also find something to distract you from food. You could take up a hobby, play an instrument, sew, dance, paint, sing, collect bottle caps, call up a friend, get a pet, listen to music, ANYTHING AT ALL!!! So email me or Instant Message me. Lets talk! Dont forget drink LOTS of water :-)!
