Ht. 5'6", Today: 213 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 190 lb - hey! i am 13 female and weight 213lbs.... i know that is alot, and i want some help! I have only one month b4 school starts and want to weight about 190 or so byt then! slim fast drinks really help alot i lost 3 lbs with 1 drink!!!

hey drimk 9 glasses o water a day 5 sit ups when u wake up and 5 b4 u sleep then move up 1 a day like day 1, 5 situps day 2 ,6 situps and so on. When u reach 50 u should have lost some lbs. Cut meat in half and with some veggies cucumbers watrmelon and cantelope and NO CANDY OR SNACKS unless its healthy snacks no sodas or koolaid just water and ride your bike(if u have 1) or walk and run.Take a jump rope and jump on ur porch watch fitness channels and copy them. Have dance competitions with ur buds and say the winner gets to teach every1 a new step or take dance lessons sign up 4 sports and eat less Try 2 cut back on sweets 1 small peice of candy a week or 1 soda a week eat a bannana 4 breakfast a cucumber and ha;lf of a peice of baked chicken or if u eat out order a salad with any meal and water with NO FRIED FOOD!!! eat healthy exersise daily and BEST OF LUCK!!!

hey i have some thing that can help u after u eat u can mark doen all the calories then go run them off that will help or u can scip a meal or just not eat
