Ht. 5'6", Today: 213 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 190 lb - hey! i am 13 female and weight 213lbs.... i know that is alot, and i want some help! I have only one month b4 school starts and want to weight about 190 or so byt then! Hey! What you can do is tell your mom, dad, or gardian to buy healthy foods such as fruits and vegetables instead of those junky foods. Also try to do healthy things like ride a bike every day, do sports, dance, or jog outside. Try to eat half of what u usually eat every day and save it for later. Let me know how everything turns out
