Ht. 5'4", Today: 145 lb (BMI %tile: 92) - hey i need 2 lose about 25 lbs but i dont really kno the best excercises i really need it 2 cum off in the thigh and stomach area o yeah im 5ft 4in and about 145 lbs thanks!

Hi, I understand your problem because I seem to have the same one. I am 5'3 and weigh around 123-125. I used to have alot of problems with my thigh and stomach areas. A friend of my mothers is always on fad diets and she suggested a exercise routine to me. It worked!! I lost 12 pounds in only one month flat! I was so excited. I hope it works as well for you as it did for me! Do this 3 times a week to see full results.
Start off by walking for 30 minutes or running on a treadmill for 10-15 minutes. Jump rope! It is a great way to lose weight and its fun! 5 minutes of jump roping equals the amount of calories that you would burn in a medium paced 1 mile run. Do 2 sets of 50 stomach crunches and 25 sit ups. After a week add two more sets of stomach crunches and one more of sit ups. For even more results, do side bends and russian twists.
