Ok... First you need to eat smaller porposhions of food if your one of those people that love to stuff your face. Now no drinking all that pop and crap like that. Its bad for you. Try doing 100 sit up's and 100 push ups a day. Drink lots of water and join a school or rec. center sport. Hope this helps a little.
