I understand that crunches work ur upper abdomin but not the lower. And I need to work on the lower!! Any exersizes to help me with that little bulge?? I already do crunches so ar there any exersizes to add?? Thanks bunches!!

You can do any kind of leg lifts on the side in the front do 20 or more every day that way u will get the feel that u r really working those mucsles

Try lifting your legs as you go up for your crunch, that way it works upper and lower.
