I'm going to try to stick to this diet for a month or two..maybe longer.Breakfast: a bowl of special K and skim milkLunch: a bowl of salad with a little ranch dressingDinner: chicken and broccoli or a healthy choice tv dinnersnacks: apples,peaches,strawberries,celery,carrots,whole fruit popcicles, or any other fruits or veggiesWater:6-10 glassesexercise: i'm going to try to do at least 30 mins of cardio each day..plus streching..maybe tae-bo too.I made up the diet myself (lol as if you couldn't tell).Do you think I can lose like 40-50 lbs on it? how long would it take? thanks..if anyone wants to go on it with me,tell me!

The important thing is that you don't stop eating healthy or excerising whenever you meet your goal because you will start to gain back all the weight that you lost. Good luck!

that's so weird lol.. our diet plans are like almost exactly the same..i put you on my buddylist so i'll talk to you next time you come on.

Hey! i just made up a diet yesterday almost exactly like that!!! i started it today with a bowl of frosted flakes... thats all i had, and then im planning on having a bowl of salad with fat free dressing and lots of water.... for dinner chicken or any type of fruit without over doing it! im going for a run for at least 30 min.
