Ok, this is what you need to do. What is your favorite food? If you eat healthy all week then reward your self with your favroite food on Friday. On excersise, join sports teams w/ your friends.Take your dog for a walk. Play with your brother or sister. But do not push yourself. That will make you hate excersise and then you will never loose the weight you want to. I hope these things help. Good luck.
