Ht. 5'2", Today: 152 lb (BMI %tile: 98) - Hey guys I keep coming back and I keep getting more heavier because my mom thinks I am fine and no one here ever replies to my posts. I am 5'2 152 lbs and I would like to look at lest 10 pounds by August 18. I need excersize tips and eating tips. Plezz Help!! if you want to lose wieght yous should watch your intake. substitute unhealthy foods like ice cream for sherbert or yogurt........things like that make all the diffence. NO COKES. instead have unsweetened tea or lemon water. finally excercise. i do 15 min. cardio (elliptical) then 30-45 weight training on machines then end with 10 min on elliptical or cardio. stretch and i'm done. it seems like a lot but even when you don't lose lbss. you lose inches and remember LEAN MUSCLE BURNS FAT. so girls should weight train too.

ok i went on this"eating healthier" thing that my doctor gave me, im 12 and i used to weight 135 but i was wasnt huge but i was a little over weight and i lost about ten pouns in 2-3 weeks. It's a modified atkins diet, but u still eatcarbs but you watch ur intake if you like what im saying you can just email me at and i will send you the eating healthier plan it works and you don't starve!
