okay this is to all of you who are injured and are overweight. i know some of you may be obsessed with losing weight but if you have injured yourself ex:had knee surgery!!hmmhmm kate.. you need to put your weight problem aside for awhile until you are fully healed and be careful not to damage the injury any worse. even doing sumthin that you love like SOCCER or sumthin like that! trust me if exercising is sumthin that makes you happy or losing weight makes you fell good than it will feel that much better if you put it off for a while and get back to it.

That's very interesting; very passionate of something pebbles...But I wouldnt exactly describe it as a drug as drugs are bad (LOL). But sometimes you may have to take a break because doing that particular sport may make your situation worse and making you have to stay away from it even longer. Well that's just my thought on the matter ^_^

wow!! U sound like someone i know!! How weird. Anyways some good advice. But if you truly love something..than the simple fact is that you want to have or do that something as much as possible. there is no time to heal or take a breather. You have to show how much you love it. everyone needs to see how devoted you are to it. soccer ( for example )is addicting. It is a drug. when you find something that you love like i do, Rose, then you will see the power of it. U dont ever want to let it go. thanks again...luv ya lots
