hey I have a question. why is it that even though I am lifting weight, my arms are still not tones. i do it for 30 min. almost everyday. its always a little different of a routine so I don't get bored. can anyone explain why i am not buff yet!!!!????

you should give ur muscles a rest by weightlifting every other day and eat foods with protein. try that. do u want to get buff or just tone up?
