Ht. 5'1", Start: 150 lb, Today: 120 lb (BMI %tile: 71), Goal: 112 lb - hey yall i have come down to the last eight pounds i weigh 120 now and i wanna weigh 112 i use to weigh 150 im 5'1 and i was wondering if yall could tell me how to start gaining muscle and losing the flab on my stomache ...and is it possible to lose eight pounds before school starts and if so please tell me how thanks alot to yall and good luck!

I suggest leg lifts (with both legs) because they REALLY tone your stomach. Also, running will tone your stomach. Stretching helps, too. Good luck!
