Hey guys, I haven't posted in a long time. Well, i just wanted to let u guys know that this weekend i'm going to do a 2 and a half days liquid only diet to see how much weight i can lose. This type of diet is harmful if you do it for longer than a few days, tho. But I will let u guys know how much weight, if any I lose. If anyone wants to try it b/f i let u know, basically i'm mixing 1 or 2 cups fresh strawberries, banana, peach or pretty much any fruit with some ice in a blender for a meal. I'm choosing strawberries for this weekend b/c they only have about 45 calories per cup!Well, i'll let u guys know as soon as I can, and let me know if you try it!

I am not sure but you may need to add a liquid to the drink or else it will not blend right. Try milk or orange juice.
