Hey, doea anyone know any good exersizes for the back of your legs? Like the upper thighs? Mine look kinda funky. I don't know if it is just because of the lighting or what. Any ideas?? Thank you!!

Walking!! Walking and Running help your legs a lot. Walking won't make them muscular, but running will (depending on what you want). Jumping jacks are good, too. Stretches can help a little, too. Good luck!

I'm not sure how true this is, but once I heard running up steep hills or inclines helps you lose weight around the hips, thighs, and, let's put it this way, the rear end. Just remember I'm not sure how reliable this fact is...Oo ^_^
