Bi\ut my mom makes the best cookies and they are so hard not to eat. Do you think that if I got a picture of somebody that I want tot look like and put it on my wall would it help with the cravings? You probably gained muscle, because it seems with all the hard work you're putting into losing weight you'd lose a little more. One muscle cell weighs about twice as much as one fat cell. Muscle cells are also about twice as compacted. Fat cells are more spread out. For this reason it is why many athletes may seem a bit overweight, but the real question is, are they "overfat", so to say? Heavyweight athletes sometimes have the lowest fat percentages on their bodies even though they weigh so much. So yes, you probably did gain muscle. If you want to check your fat percentage, type in "fat percentage calculator" in a search engine or there are tests where they send a slight (but not harmful) electric currnet through your body. The internet way is easier, but the electrical one is more accurate. You might be able to find one of these electric machines at a gym or fitness center; I'm not exactly sure WHERE they are as I've never seen one. I'm not saying you must get your fat percentage checked but it's only if you want to. Nothing extremely important. I, personally, wouldn't recommend just finding a gym or whatever with one, I would just find it on the internet or not find it at all. And keep up the good work! It seems like you're already doing a very good job towards losing weight. Good luck! ^_^

Hey girl,
I know EXACTLY what you are going through. I play soccer and at first I was losing weight..then I got stuck and gained a few. I thought it was because of what I was eating but it wasn't!! I look at my legs now and see how toned they are. You've just gained some muscle. It's a GOOD thing!! If you do crave something try this. Write it down on a peice of paper and put it in a jar. Everytime you crave something do this. Then pick a day..1 DAY, and pick out the craving from the jar. Only do it once a week though!! Make sure the craving isn't like a whole tub of icecream though!! Limit your self so you will feel satisfied but not guilty. If you need any more help PLEASE feel free to e-mail me at soccerchic214@earthlink.net!! GOOD LUCK!!
