Today: 140 lb - Hi all I was wondering if you guys could answer this question for me....I am 14 an weight 140 lbs well I lost like 3 lbs so I dunno how much I weigh now cuz I dont have a scale but ne wasy ! Everytime I go to start a diet I get sick ! Last time I went to start a diet I got heat cramps-thats when you work out in the heat an your body over works it self an makes u reall sick :( ! Then I got over thath an like 3 week later I tryed to start one and now I am sick with a sore throat an fever...should I still work out or just wait till it goes away please help me ! Its a simple question..I have answered ppls questions an encouraged them so its your turn ~

I am 14 to as u see and i want to weigh 140 cuz my doctor said that would be healthy weight for me cuz i am 5 fot 4 inches. Just so you dont gain any more weight I would eat heaslthy and do some sort of excercise once a day or something walk to the park swim and eat fruits and vegetables and drink a lot of water and maybe cut ur portions in half at meals when u eat the meat and bread but vegetables and fruit eat as much get low fat salad dressing and have your parents hide the candy from u then once a week have some sort of candy nd break it in half and save one half for another day cuz that way it isnt a diet that u may not get sick from for more help email me at sweetie1855@msn.com and I can give u more advice
