Ht. 5'3", Today: 215 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 115 lb - Height: 5'3Weight: 215 lbs.goals: LONG TERM, lose 100 lbs. Become a healthier person with a well balanced and nutritious diet while engaging in a daily workout. SHORT TERM, lose as much weight as possible during the summer and Establish a steady diet/workout plan.I have strong will power however it always helps to have support.Plan: Diet consists mainly of veggies and fruits. Small portion of protein i.e. chicken/fish for nutritional value. Thats to much to try to lose, maybe60-70 lbs would be better
