Ht. 5'5", Today: 160 lb (BMI %tile: 93) - How much weight can I lose in about a month and a half?? I am working out about 5 days a week, cardio for an hour and weight training. I am also having about 1200-1500 calories daily. I weigh 160 pounds and am 5'5. PLEASE RESPOND!!!

are you shure that what u might call fat isnt really muscle ... if u work out .. u get muscle ...maybe you weigh more because of your muscle .... ummm i know the most that your supposed to loose in a week is about 2 lbz so in about a month 5 weeks that would be about 10 lbz ...
