Ht. 5'2", Today: 163 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 143 lb - well it didnt seem that my post came up so i am trying again...i posted yesterday and no one responded to it and i find that very rude..i thought this board was to help people? im a person aint i? i have a weight problem so why dont people help me? anyway im five foot 2 and i weigh 163lbs i would like to lose 20 lbs in a healthy way before school starts....i was wondering if any one had any info on THE SOUTH BEACH DIET? thanks so much!! and i was also wondering if any one try the walk away the pounds 2 mile high calorie burn tape? i have been doing it for a week i havent lost anyweight but my legs are toning up! thanks peace out!! |:-)

hey i have the collection of WALK AWAY THE POUNDS and i heard that on the south beach diet u could lose 50 ponds in 45 days and 8-12 pounds in 2weeks good luck i love the tapes

Hey! I never heard of that beach diet but it sounds like your legs are gonna look great! lol Have a great summer and keep up the work, walking, jogging, and eating right veggies and fruits will help, but excercise and telling yourself that you look gorgeous is key!
