Start: 154 lb, Today: 152 lb - HI!
MY name is caitlin , I am 15 I will 16 in Aug and I want to look hot for when I go back to school and on my first date! ( I cant/ dont want to date till im 16) and I have so far lost 2 lbs I weigh 152. I would like to know if A) you have any tips to losign weight. That was .5-2...which is half a pound to 2 lbs a week, not 5. :) Just clearing that up.

Actually, James, the safe weekly weight loss is 2-3 lbs., not 5-2. Some even recommend 1 a week, but most say 2-3.

Good luck on your diet 150 pounds is overweight but one in five teenagers weight over that i am 13 4'11 and weight 155 so i am overweight and you should loss weight buy august good luck

Hey gurl! Healthy weight has to do with height, not age. I can't tell you what a healthy weight is for your age unless I know your height. You shouldn't lose more than .5-2lbs a week (otherwise you are creating a pretty serious health risk - very dangerous). Good luck. -J
