Hey everybody, i was just wonderin is anyone cood give me some ideas on wat are some simple ( not confusing) healthy meal ideas cuz lots of times i'm not sure if something is fattening or not. thx that wood b a big help:)

chicken breast and salad(lite dressing)is good. make sure theres no skin. fish is usually good too. for breakfast whole grain cereal and low fat or non fat milk is good. egg whites are ok but egg yolks have lots of fat in them so try to stay away from those. but u can scramble egg whites and make eggwhite omelettes if u want. fruits and veggies are good and u need lots of them but dont eat too much fruit, no more than 2-3 peices a day, as they have a lot of sugar in them. all i can think of at the moment.
