hey i was wondering if anyone knew a diet that is easy to follow and helps you lose weight. Something that i could follow with things that are probably in my fridge already. I already go to a gym for 40 minutes 5 times a week but now i need to get the eating part down. I would like to lose about 82lbs in 7 months. Please help! thankx-

Well I think that you should just eat right and exercise like you do now even a bit more. Just eat lots of fruits and veggies, try the new healthy food they are coming out with. Some of the food is really good! But overall just eat a variety of good healthy food. Good luck!
