Ht. 5'4", Today: 140 lb (BMI %tile: 92), Goal: 90 lb - I am 12 and i weigh about 140 an di am 5'4 tall. I want to ton emy stomach an dlose about 50 pounds. Does anybody have any tips for exercises??

u should do cardio exercise such as walking, running, cycling..etc to lose fat from all over ur body. u can't just lose fat from certain area.
