Does anymore know how to lose 3 pounds a week??? please tell me cause i am going to camp in 3 weeks and i wanna drop at least 10 pounds and in about 30 in 9 weeks someone please help me!!!!

Hey gurl... If you eat six small meals a day(not juck food)then it increases the amount of weight you'll lose and it speeds up your metabolism too. Try and eat fruit when you get a craving for food. Write me and let me know how it works out. Ana_Child102@yahoo.com

hey gurl...i am a boxer and i can loose at least 3 ponds a week...all you have to do is eat healthy. have your 3 meals a day. dont eat chips and choclate. exercise daily. i guarentee u . you will loose tha weight
