Ht. 5'6", Today: 185 lb (BMI %tile: 97) - i i am christina i am a very sporty person but i want to inhance my speed and i want to have curvey body and be atractive all at the same time i am 5"6 and im 180-190 lbs so if you have any ideas of how to loose waight fast ( like by augest 21 )i am going to a new school and i want to be skinny by then im need help !

hey yeah i know it's kind of crazy when your talking to someone with the same name but i just want to say that eating the right foods and doing something active each day will help you lose weight by time school starts cause believe me i was 194 and i was 5'5-5'6 and now i'm 5'6 and weight 127 i'm not really really skinny but i'm thick in my hips and upper legs it took me months cause getting on the tredmill is hard . i know your like oh....this is not good advice but i bet you'll see some changes.and i totally understand what your going through . i use to get called F-A-T and stuff.

I'm losing weight to go to a new school too!!! I'm going in to High school! Anyway, I have done pretty well so far by heating well I still eat a lot it's just good for you stuff and it's made a big difference you could lose 2-3 pounds a week so just multiply that by how many weeks and that will be around how much you lose Good Luck!!!!
