Ht. 5'5" - Im 5'5,and im 13. The pool by me is open, and im afraid to wear my baithing suit because im kinda fat blubbbers on my stomach what am I suposed to do??? I TRIED TO EXCERSISE BUT IM TO LAZY TO DO IT NOW, I EAT ENOUGH VEGGIES AND FRUITS EACH DAY AND I PLAY SPORTS ABOUT TWICE A WEEK, AND STILL I DIDNT LOOSE ANY WEIGHT! I FEEL LIKE IM THE FATTEST IN THE WORLD.. HELP ME!!!!!! PLZ!!!

first of all u arent the fattest person in the world, second of all every workout routine is hard to start. its great that u play sports every week and eat right!! whenever u snack in between meals, eat some veggies like carrots or some celery; if u dont like those kind of veggies have some strawberries or bananas or an apple. for ur lunch or dinner have a salad with a glass of water. i know when my parents went on diets they drank A LOT of water and they lost quite a bit of weight. and in the mean time if u dont wanna get caught with what u call blubbber where a t-shirt over ur bathing suit. well i wish u luck in what ever diet plan u choose.

Getting into a regular exercise routine is hard at first. Once you start, you will feel so good about yourself. You will start to see results and you will be proud of getting up and getting out. I know I feel really good after I do a workout. Find a friend to work out with you . You can work out together and encourage each other.

You need to exercise. Healthy eating and exercise is the ONLY way to successfully and healthily lose weight. It's not that hard: swimming is even an exercise. Do something you like, like swimming or walking, every day for at least 15 minutes. Take your dog for a walk, or your little brother and sister...Exercising isn't as hard as it sounds. You'll do fine. -J
