Ht. 5'0", Today: 160 lb (BMI %tile: 98) - hey im 5ft and 160 pounds and i have tried different diets but i cant stay on them anymore i used to be able to so good. i was wondering if anyone could help me with a easy diet to stay on and that wont cost anything. if so email me at heaven-riess@mchsi.com or on the bulletin board. i need all the help i can get. thanx

All I can suggest is eat half of what you usually would, make sure you have a good healthy breakfast.. preferrably a good portioned one... if you have breakfast then your metabolism is in high gear for the rest of the day and you'll lose weight better.. drink lots of water, and maybe make a routine to go for a 30 min walk everyday after dinner??? good luck...:)
