Have anyone of you lost weight (or have testimonies of friends) that have lost weight BY DRINKING WATER ALONE??? If so, how much weight did you/ they lose, in how much time???? How much water did you drink per day???

do not drink only water...its bad for u...u shouldnt drink it before ur meals either because it blocks ur digestive system. u cant starve urself and drink water instead to replace a meal because ur not gunna get full and ur body needs vitamins from the food u eat. first of all ur not gunna get full because when u eat(chewing food) ur brain tells ur body that u are putting nutrition and vitamins and all the healthy things in it but when u drink it doesnt do anything because it thinks that u are just putting fluids in.

if u only drunk water whenever u decided to eat it would cause u to get bigger. Trus me i know this from experience

You shouldn't drink only water...you need the vitamins from the foods you should be eating. But, on the water thing...drink at least 8 regular size glasses a day. To keep from eating too much, drink one or two glasses before each meal. I hope this helps. This reduced my food intake, until I got lazy and stopped drinking the water before my meals. I believe that i could have lost the weight if i would have kept it up and exercised. So, try it, don't give up, and hopefully it will help. i have a hundred pounds to lose before i am of healthy weight...i think i'll try the water thing again. Good luck.
