Ht. 5'2", Today: 170 lb (BMI %tile: 98) - Im 15 and im 5'2 i weigh about 170 or so, iv tried to go on diets and i cant get nething to work, once i didnt eat a whole week but thought it was usless trying with out getting nething from it, i really wanna look good and want to be skinny, some times i think about doing the thing where you eat and then making urslef throw up, iv seen girls who do that and are now very skinny, but i know thats very dangerois and can became known as being bulemic, and i dont want that,,, i just want to lose weight with out hurtying my self or my body,,, will some one help me?.. e-mail me at

The right way to lose weight is you need is that first off you do need to EAT. You should'nt miss a meal. Eat 3 well balanced meals a day and 2 low fat snacks. Like raw vegetables, fruits, popcorn, or diet soft drinks. Also drink lots of water. You should have 1500 calories a day. you should start exercising 30 min. 3 times a week. Don't overdo the exercising you'll hurt yourself. the longer you're on a diet the harder it will be to lose weight so you really have to be commited don't up on your weight goal. losing alot weight not's going to happen in the first week.

You shouldn't be not eating. I lost 42 lbs without not eating and throwing up.Losing weight doesn't happen overnight. Give it some time, if you eat right and exercise right it will begin to look up for you.

Hi I went through your stage used to be 160 and I wanted to be thin I stopped eating and I would throw up yeah it works but you have no energy and when u do eat you feel so sick and sometimes throw up...then when u do eat you gain back all the weight you lost an gain back much much more ! You can also get so sick it could be death and into the hosiptal ! If YOU WANNA lose weight the best way is to eat healthy....yes the first week is hard I know but after that it is so easy work out everyday doin cardio and cardio such as walking or running a mile a day and then soon the weight will shed...think of wokring out as a chore it is hard but if you wanna eat junk food then think to I ever going to be thin ? If you eat healthy you and your friends will see you ave more energy and fun.....Next time u look at somthing that is greasy think of a bug crawling all over u wanan eat it now ? Or spit on it if you half to...youll see it will work....I lost alot of weight. hey. never starve yourself for a week!!! thats terrible! do aerobic exercises and drink A TON OF WATER!! running or exercise videos is a great way to work out. but if you don't eat healthy, then you won't lose the weight b/c of the calories. good luck!
