Ht. 5'3", Start: 325 lb, Today: 315 lb (BMI: 56) - I am only 23 years old and have had an on-going weight problem since I was about 10 years old. I am now 315 lbs and only 5'3. I have lost about 10 lbs in the past 2 months but am now stuck. I feel so depressed... I am supposed to go to Hawaii in 2 weeks w/my hubby & I look horrid in my new swimsuit I just don't want to go... I feel like everyone is staring at me... I don't know what to do. Any advice would be awesome!

Just eat healthier and drink lots of water. Don't forget to exercise! Every night, go for a walk or a jog. That's a great way to stay healthy and get some physical activity. Remember, that losing weight does take time, but if you do it slower, it is more likely to stay off and you will be satisfied with your results. Good luck and I hope that I helped.

hi. i used to be 130 pounds and i am 5 2, i gained a lot of weight in a short period of time and my pants were tight and my stomach was a litle large. i got sick of it. so basically what i did was stopped eating when i wasn't hungry! i realized that most of the time that i was eating, i wasn't hungry! i tried to cut back on the sweets, and that helped too. i now weigh 113 and my clothes fit much better and i am happier.

Miss Mature even though she is a older then most of us we can still help her. (By the way she is 23 not 13 because she said she is going to Hawaii with her one gets married at 13!) ~Ray*Ray~

take fiber vitimans (they work miracles) and drink a lot off water. just keep a bottle of water w\ u. eat lots of bread, 6-9 servings and eat fruit and\or vegtables @ everymeal, in fact, eat fruits as a snack or have a salad, most of the time ur really not hungry, hungry is when ur stomach has a nawing feeling, the best thing to do, is to go to bed w\ that nawing feeling(don't eat anything 3-4 hours befor you go to bed) u can still eat junk, but eat less of it and where that junk was eat something healthy!!!! then ur eating the same amount, with less of he unhealthy stuff, remember not to forget that chiken, and tuna are great foods, you can have all that other stuff too, but try to eat more of chiken\tuna salad, walk every mourning every other day, and walk the other days at night, plus eat less at dinner and more at lunch, and try if u can to walk every day after lunch!!!!!!!and go a little farther every day(except @night) good luck and if u can't walk try crunches, 1 more everyday. ;)
