Ht. 5'5", Today: 170 lb (BMI %tile: 95), Goal: 130 lb - i am 5'5 and 170 lbs. I would like to lose about 40 lbs in 1 mounth and 30 days, for a certin reson, or at least trim my HUGE stomach and semi huge thighs. I am looking for any tips, any advice and an online weight loss buddy. Please reply. Thank you so much, i have tried posting on here and no one seems to respond, I feel left out and lost :( and really desperate to lose this weight. Thanks

I know how it feels to be over weight. I haven't been over weight all my life, but when it came to 6th grade, I was because that summer I finally got to stay home by myself. I didn't have anything to keep me active, so I sat around all day long, watched tv and ate. Every year it seemed like a got larger and larger. Now I am into my third week of summer break after my freshmen year, and I am 6'0 ft tall and weigh 200 lbs. I take after my father, so I don't have fat arms or legs, its just my stomach. Actually my legs are very muscular. I went on, and signed up for just getting information so it was free. They give you exercises to work on certain parts of your body that you feel needs the most work. If you print out all of those exercise, and excercise three times a week while swithing what part of your body you work on every time you excercise, it will boost you metabolism. Also, eat healthy 6 days a week, and then splurge a little the 7th day. Eating healthy is very important because it is 80% of what causes you to lose weight. If you take my advice and follow it all the time, you will stay energetic, healthy, and happy always. Good luck!
