Up to 8 regular sized glasses a day. :)
I got this from weightwatchers....so i know it's accurate. One idea is to drink one or two glasses before you eat something. Good luck.

Hi I just left a message but I forgot to tell you the reason why this works. Your kidneys need A LOT of water to do their job. When you do not drink enough water you liver has to start helping the kidneys do their job. This distracts the liver from doing its own job - WHICH IS TO HELP BURN OFF FAT!!!!!!! so by drinking enough water you allow your liver to start doing what it is supposed to do and burn fat. Also your brain has a hard time determining if you are thirsty or hungry. So sometimes when you think you are hungry you are really just thirsty. By drinking water you teach your brain to determine if you are really hungry or just thirsty. Also if your stomach is full of water you don't feel the need to munch on snacks. OK. Alot of people who have answered your ad are completly WRONG!!!!! I know this because I am great friends with my Biology teacher and not only did I ask her but I did an entire report about water and its links to weight loss! First of all you have to have water to lose weight - that is a FACT! Although some may say you need only 8 glasses a day that is usually wrong. The only people who can get by with drinking only 8 glasses a day or people who weigh 128 pounds or less! This is how you determine the CORRECT amount of glasses you should drink a day ... take your body weight in pounds and divide it in half, the number you get is the number of ounces you should drink. For example...if you weigh 200 pounds you should drink 100 ounces of water a day because 200/2 is 100. It is almost impossible to die from drinking too much water. In order to die you would have to drink atleast your body weight in ounces which you would have to force your body to do that (and you will most likely throw it up before you can finish) - who would do that? I hope I have been useful. I want you to know that I did research on this and that I am 100% certain that I am right.

Uh yea amy u could have 2 much water.If u have a lot of water it creates this desaese or some sh*T(r u allowed 2 curse here by da way?)but water is good 4 u.bout 8 glasses a day but dno't drink 2 MUCH cuz it bad.

people say 8 glasses , but when you feel likea drink , drink water ! you cant have 2 much water ! hope this helpped
