Why don't you try eating 3 times a day and not eatig after 7pm and cut the junkfood out of your diet and set a realistic goal for yourself like lose 15 lbs every month and exersize atleast 20 minutes everyday.

i dont want say that you are wrong ,but i suggest that u start slower like a mile a day this is beacause eventually ur body will get used to the five mile walk/jog and you will have to eat less or run more
