Ht. 5'3", Today: 164 lb (BMI %tile: 96) - Hey everybody i just wanna say hi cuz im just like most of you guys i wanna lose weight and i need support! im 5'3 164lbs and im a size 11.. i was wondering if you could help me! i have been losing weight like crazy with my own diet(run a mile a day eat up to 500 cals aday) but suddenly i have stopped losing weight and im too scared to gain it back! wat should i do? thanks for ur help email me MissRoxy182@aol.com

Instead of having crazy diets that u can't possibly keep up until august have a nice simple one. Say. . . 30 minutes hard exersice 3-4 times a week and eating healthy food (pasta, lean meat, fruit and veg) with
1-2 solid good meals a day. Instead of having snacks eat a good brekkie. And it will be much easier to keep it up. If u have a crazy fad diet as soon as you stop or give up u will get all the weight back. Get into good habits that aren't to hard to follow and get stuck in them.
