Today: 165 lb - Hi my name is katie and i'm 14 and my weight is 165 .. in the beginning of the year i lost 6 lbs but gained it back .. i try and try to eat healthy and i was in cheerleading but didn't lose no weight .. can anyone give me tips to help lose weight or good exercises

Katie if u want to lose weight it does take time. Just eat healthy and drink tonz of water! I eat 3 meals including breakfast make sure u eat it ! do Cardio everyday running,Jumping jacks,swimming,and do weight trainnin 3 tiems a week an u will lose weight
