Ht. 5'7", Today: 210 lb (BMI %tile: 98) - Ok this is me... I am 5'7, and I weigh 210lbs! I wanna lose weight but I cant do it. No matter how long I stay on a certain diet, I seem to be the same or even gain more weight. Im beginning to think of makeing myself throw up every time I eat!!! I think I am gonna start doing that. If you have anything to say... please reply to this messege!!!!!

I am the same height as you, and I used to weigh the same. So far, I've lost 7 pounds in 1 1/2 weeks. You can do it! Drink a lot of water! If you find yourself snacking on unhealthy foods, like I did, try to find a healthy food to snack on. I would talk to your parents too. They can be a big help! My mom hasn't bought any cookies/chips for over a month now, so when I go into the cupboards, there is nothing "good" to eat, except for fruits and veggies. Good luck!

hi... i kno u really dont like being overweight... neither do i... whatever you do dont make yourself throw-up.. i tried that once n i skrewed my life all up... im usually all hyper and energetic but when i started makin myself throw up i lost all energy and became really weak... i was always tired... please dont wreck ur life like i did mine and if u wanna talk a/b it u can e-mail me @

hi , i no its hard im 14 , 5`3 and am 193 llbs , it really does my head in when all my m8s say your really skinny ! its so obvious there being sarcastic ! the one thing you shouldnt do is make your self sick , my friend actually did that but got bigger because she ended up loseing muscle and not fat . i have also been on loads of diets but none work , if u ever need to chat my e mail is >>> <<< hope i made you see sence !
